However, we require a minimum 48 hour appointment lead time to prepare our driver and cleaners. This is subject to open appointment availability slots.
NOTE: We will return your phone call, email, or submission form no later than 24 hours to let you know if we can accommodate those dates and times. We try our best to get back to you the same day. We will also contact you the day before your appointment to confirm your appointment. If we do not receive a call back or answer confirming the appointment, we will reschedule you in at the next available slot we have open after speaking or receiving notice from you. The reason for this, if we show up and now one is there costs are incurred such as fuel and paying employee's, which can increase cleaning rates which we do not want to pass on those increases to customers which is in our customers best interest and ours.
